Most charters run Saturday to Saturday. You choose your yacht, book online, check in at ACI Marina Split, sail for the week, and return to the marina on Friday afternoon before final disembarkation on Saturday morning.
Yes. The nominated skipper must hold a valid skipper licence accepted in Croatia and a valid VHF licence.
Yes. You can add a professional skipper if you want local expertise, easier marina handling, or a more relaxed week on board.
The price covers weekly use of the yacht, standard onboard equipment, the home marina berth, and local support. Cleaning, fuel, skipper service, and extras are listed separately during booking.
ABA VELA base is in ACI Marina Split. One-way weeks starting or ending in Dubrovnik are available on request, and an extra one-way fee of 500 EUR is added to the booking. The fee covers skipper repositioning and transfer fuel. For Split → Dubrovnik, after the charter ABA VELA skipper sails the yacht back to Split. For Dubrovnik → Split, before the charter ABA VELA skipper brings the yacht to Dubrovnik. Most guests start in Split because ACI Marina Split is ABA VELA's home base and the central islands already fit well into a standard one-week charter. For most guests, Split is still the default because ABA VELA operates from Split, while Dubrovnik start or finish is usually best treated as a one-way charter service.
